Overall Satisfaction with monday dev
We currently use it for just about everything. Project management, change management, crm, franchise development, as well as the operating system for our franchisees to work off of. We operate EOS in monday dev and use everything from the integrations to the forms and the calculators. It gives us insight to our individual locations and is what our department leads use to run their departments as well as our cross functional projects.

- It impacts our level of insight to our specific location's businesses, so that is very helpful
monday dev is a lot easier to understand and learn within. It is straightforward for most use cases and easy to learn. Hubspot was difficult for our locations to adopt. Hindsight, I do not think monday dev was the best choice to grow with us, but is served us well while we were growing and for what we needed.
