We use Monday across our Management and Administrative teams - we use to it streamline projects, assign tasks, and track sales deals for our teams. It gives an easily manageable way to visualize your to-do list, see what's still pending, and hold people accountable since you can collaborate on different task items.
- Easily assign tasks and collaborate.
- Easy to set due dates and set notifications for them.
- Easy to customize for different types of projects and assignments.
- Honestly, I think it's great as is. We haven't run into any snags.
- We replaced our support ticketing system with Monday which saved us money and actually ending up working better for us. We create our own tickets as customers call in if they need something - it allowed us more flexibility to track requests, issues, and needs from them.
- We now have more insight into what our different departments and locations are doing and where they're at with projects and sales deals.
- This has definitely heightened our collaboration as an organization.
We've previously used spreadsheets and our CRM (Pipeline Deals). Monday is far better in that it allows more collaboration, is easily organized, more customizable, and you can color code which makes a huge difference.
