Overall Satisfaction with Motive

Motive allows us to track our trucks and trailers all on the same site. We use the ELD’s for our drivers and can coach them on the spot. Our drivers can keep their logs up-to-date easily with electronic logs. The cameras allow us to view any events that could have resulted in a wreck or see the footage leading up to a wreck. There is also a load board that we use on occasion.
  • Great cameras. They are easy to view and have a clear picture.
  • Asset Tracking is simple and user friendly.
  • The ELD’s are great but we’ve recently had issues with them disconnecting. We’re hoping updated models will fix the issue.
  • Customer support isn’t always the easiest to deal with or understand.
  • Improved safety
It is hard to get in touch with support at times and the communication is usually poor. In some cases, they’re able to solve the issue right away and it is not a big deal. Sometimes they want to troubleshoot more times then we have time for and it just makes it harder on the drivers.
It is easy and convenient to have everything on one platform. It’s great for office and drivers to be able to use it for everything especially electronic logs and communication.
They’ve always been available however, sometimes it does take several days of back and forth to get something resolved.

It is fairly simple for office staff and drivers to operate. It’s nice to be able to coach drivers right there in the app and be able to view camera footage right away. The account representatives are usually very helpful and will help you get the support you need from the help center.
