Overall Satisfaction with Motive

I use Motive for logistics purposes. The Fleet View allows my to track our trucks at all times, which in turn helps us run our business efficiently. Using the Motive ELDs helps us stay compliant with the US and CDN requirements of the transportation business.

  • Customer Service is excellent. Any issues, they usually resolve it withing 24 hours

  • Motive has definitely allowed us to improve our safety. Drivers logs are tracked at our end of the spectrum to ensure that they are not getting job burn out or fatigue from too many hours on the roads.
The online chat is a very useful tool and any issues I have are usually solved through this application. The customer service reps for Motive are knowlegable and very friendly and efficient.
We have benefited from the overall ease of use in the Motive application. Not having to spend hours upon hours to get the information that we need is a plus.
In the two years I have been using the app. I have only experienced a few outages where I could not track my trucks. However, in each instance, the app. was fixed within 24 hours.

Motive has helped our company stay compliant with the rules and regulations surrounding the transportation business. If easily assists our drivers with their trip planning as it shows their hours of service, how much drive time they have left, etc. It also allows myself to track drivers' hours from the Fleet View/Compliance function which helps me keep our drivers safe on the roads.
