Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite
NetSuite is being used across the whole ministry - administration, marketing, IT, networking, etc. When new events or ideas come up, we sometimes have problems making them work within NetSuite in the way we intend to use it. Some of that is a communication issue but some of it is an issue on how things may work within NetSuite or what terminology is used within NetSuite.
- Things get implemented or answered fairly quickly.
- Once trained, easy to use reports.
- One missing functionality that at least we don't have access to is a buy one get one free feature. It is in our system but if you buy 5 you only get 1 free, versus buy 5 get 5 free.
- Organization of files/images is confusing because there are a couple places items can be saved and renamed on the url component.
- Better customer service for them to find and edit records for customers.
- Since the company I work for has changed a lot of the coding for NetSuite, we have broken a few features that would originally have worked. Therefore, it's not fair to blame NetSuite.
- Since I personally haven't used another platform at my current job, this seems to be an efficient platform to use, seems to be a great CRM.
Since I haven't used another platform/product to search for customer records, do ecommerce pages, event managements, I can't compare this one to another one. The landing pages within netsuite do work great and are easy to use. The emails to send for an event or to tie to specific products seems intuitive too.
