Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good

We use Network for Good for our fundraising needs and donor management. We only have five people on staff, therefore, only the Executive Director and the assistant use Network for Good.

Cons

  • The newsletter templates can be more user friendly and I would like to see them be converted to PDF easily without losing the format
  • The acknowledgement feature
  • The video thank you feature
  • Document templates
  • We had 88 new donors in 2020. From 2020 to 2021 we've had an 11% increase in total donations and a 55% increase in the average donation amount given
