Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We are a small home-based business with residential service as well. We have used Nextiva Business Phone Service for over 5 years and have had great success. The follow me feature for cellular service is helpful and makes seamless phone service. There are options that we don't use that we would if we were a larger business. Tech support and customer support are always helpful and follow up with you when needed.

We feel that any size business can be well suited for Nextiva Business Phone Service, with all of the different options and pricing. Residential service only is probably not well suited, as there are more options that are not necessarily needed. The pricing is quite good and the estimates that we have seen are very competitive.
