Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
I am a career counselor and I use to contact customers for varies reasons. I can use the website to look up phone calls that are missed or voicemails. That is very helpful. I like the fact that it has an app to use on your phone too if I am away from my office and need to make a business phone call.

- Adding contacts is not easy
- Need better instructions on for adding contacts (video)
