Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
Being short-staffed from time to time Nextiva Business Phone Service is key to maintaining our customer service level with allowing us to operate from outside the office. We regularly use call routing and the mobile app to avoid clients having to leave voicemails and instead have their calls answered by their agent with minimal transferring/messages being left. When messages are left, they are forwarded to our email which makes responding and keeping track of tasks easiy and organized.
