Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Nextiva Business Phone Service in our everyday workday. We work in the restoration industry and have incoming calls at all hours! It is great to have a reliable app to answer emergency phone calls where ever we are! The app is easy to use. It allows all of us to have access to our phone calls without having to be in office and just be able to use our cellphones at home.

Having a recorded line and us being able to have an app and ability to download and save all recorded calls. The app is really easy to use

We don't like with the recorded line it has the recording but then it has some recording from Nextiva Business Phone Service you cant delete!
