Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform

I have used workflow automation software in the past and I found nintex proces platform to be my favourite,our Human resources department have been super productive using this tool,from recruiting, grouping of employees and employees documentation.moreover it provides digital forms hence reducing paper forms and workloads.our sales force has also greatly benefited form this tool for ease of contracts generation, automation and e-signature.

Pros

  • Easy intergation with sales force
  • Provides e signature feature hence making it easy to close the sales
  • Improved data integrity and compliance

Cons

  • The cost is quite high limiting some business to purchase the tool.
  • Web version needs some improvement
  • Customer support were taking alot of time to respond.
  • Saves time because there is no manual information entry.
  • Cuts operational cost of workload.
  • Improved productivity and efficiency
The system doesn't require high information technology Knowledge hence very easy to operate.its also very easy to create workflows with other third parties.its dashboard is eye catching and very easy to navigate.nintex provides free trial helping the users get familiar with the system even before the purchase is made.
We intergate nintex process platform with Salesforce and office 365 which has enabled us to our company to holistically view customer data and overall organisation health.This intergation has helped us create better customer experience and better internal workflow.
This intergation has benefited because we are able to make better and faster decisions because we get real time data.aslo we love the accessibility and accuracy of data.
We found nintex very easy to use and takes no time to master because it doesn't not need programming experience compared to others software in the market. Also it offers free trials and we were able to experience the product before the subscription.moreover we can access the system from our mobile phone.

This tool is perfect for any company looking to reduce workload and cut down cost used in manual information entry. also it's e-signature feature is a life safer expecially when dealing with customers order approvals.its also a great tool to generate complex forms and in-depth documentations within the shortest time.
