Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used Nintex forms and workflows to automate our business workflows. Their interface is very nice and easy to develop. It created lot of workflow automation and saved time from business in doing these things manually. It had good integration with O365 but now it seems to have some issues and now they are pushing to Nintex cloud for their workflows.

Pros and Cons

Nintex workflow and forms work very well to design small applications and workflows to support business processes.

Nintex forms do not have repeating tables which allows us to use lot of technical folks to write custom code.

Time saved on workflow automation and improved efficiency in business operations

Usability

Nintex is a good tool, and their support is good. The challenge is their integration with O365 and have check their performance on Nintex cloud.

We did this evaluation in 2019 and Power Platform was not as matured as Nintex.

Nintex is good but it is costly and Microsoft's power apps and power platform can provide same functionality but if you are using multiple connectors then this may be cheaper than Microsoft as their licensing is very complex.
