Overall Satisfaction with Olo

We used OLO to manage all of our online and third-party orders. One of the problems we have is that we are unable to transfer orders to another Bibibop in our area when customers place their orders in the wrong location.
  • Olo handles e-mails really well when we need some support for a technical issue.
  • Easy to locate orders for a customer.
  • Olo is good when requesting a new delivery.
  • Transfer orders from store to store.
  • Modify existing orders and send to POS again with the correct order.
  • Process refunds with third party deliveries.
  • Process refunds and adjust subtotals.
  • Send order to POS early.
  • Request new deliveries.
  • Olo has improved our online business tremendously.
  • OLo is affective for our employees with a language barrier.
  • Customers are satisfied with OLO system so far.
Olo has never crash in the last 3 years where other companies their system goes down at least once a year.
