Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We have monthly webinars with our thought leaders. Gaining new contacts. Provides on-demand viewing.
  • Ease of setup.
  • Ease of use for speakers.
  • Reporting that is available.
  • Would like access to manage registrations.
  • Would like more professional looking certificates. (fields inputted from ON24 are clumsy).
  • We use ON24 with external customers. Have generated many new contacts and leads.
  • Have been able to educate thousands of individuals who work in the same field to improve their patient outcomes.
Used WebEx before ON24. ON24 was a 95% improvement. It presents a clean, streamlined and professional webinar event for our customers.

Very easy and quick to set up a webinar (especially when you have some already set and have your template as you like it). Speakers also comment on how simple it is to use.

Have always been available when needed. Have not had to have in emergency type situations.
