Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We started using On24 at the beginning of the pandemic as we transitioned from in-person conferences to all virtual, and it has allowed us to continue to deliver the content of our conferences and webcasts to our members.

  • Our dedicated rep, as well as tech help associates, always respond ASAP
  • They seem to take seriously the feedback and suggestions, and implement those to make a better product for everyone
  • Would like to see more customization options in some parts
  • Can be glitchy, but they address them quickly

  • Interacting with speakers
  • Kept members engaged when we weren't meeting in-person
  • Allowed more access to content because those that might not have been able to travel could still attend
  • Have lost some business due to fact that there isn't any live face-to-face interaction available between attendees and sponsors, other than Q&A and Chat

  • Track registration and attendance
  • Identify and track top-engaged accounts
On24 allowed us to remain engaged with our members by providing a platform to deliver our content to our members on a variety of current issues that relate to their corporate involvement.
On24 allows for unlimited webcasts, which is great for our company, as we offer conferences with multiple sessions per conference.

Best for delivering corporate conferences that require ease of use so that participants can focus on content. Not great for networking, or a fun happy hour type event.
