Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 for weekly training webinar, internal staff presentation and day long virtual conferences. We have several who use it across the company.
  • Runs from a browser.
  • Automated landing pages.
  • Analytics.
  • Sub-standard salespeople and sales process.
  • Too many à la carte items.
  • Nickel and dime you to death.
  • Easy for customers to join.
  • More than others but extra features exist.
  • Always trying to upsell you.
  • Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
  • Conduct lead scoring
  • Track registration and attendance
  • Enable sales follow-up
  • Identify and track top-engaged accounts
We have been engaged in virtual training for years but most certainly relied on systems like this in the last 18 months.
They want you to scale all the time and pay them more moolah.
Initially good but they just want you to buy more and more. Sold us a 3 year agreement on a product they stopped offering shortly thereafter.
It's modern but has its flaws. Mediocre video but it runs in any browser.
