Overall Satisfaction with ON24

It is used by 3 departments: investor relations (earnings call), HR (employee activities) and physicians training and certifications.
  • Video and audio at the same time.
  • CTA section is very useful.
  • On demand version in different formats.
  • Reporting.
  • Video webinars without hard line audio (better online audio).
  • Slides format: some sizes have an incorrect upload process.
  • Pre-recording webinars.
  • Pretty high for potential investors.
  • Follow up with ket leads that ask questions.
  • Engagement metrics and feedback are always a good tool to improve.
  • Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
  • Track registration and attendance
  • Optimize campaign nurture programs
Virtual events are key even more in this moment in which we can use them in a great way with a small investment of resources but huge results.
More ppl engaged with content that is specifically for them.
It can be used not only for comms purposes but also for training and interaction which is great!
Level of engagement tools and platform setup, ON24 is very friendly.
Pretty good with webinars that need interaction and engagement.

Not so good for “call” without any interaction but that uses some ON24 features.
