We use ON24 to execute our webinars across our portfolio of products and services. It allowed us to ramp up from 1 - 2 virtual webinars/events a year to hosting multiple webinars are month. Its been a definite boom to the lead generation, especially when the world with digital-first in 2020.

Cons

The backend User Interface is something from Windows 98
Lack of support of recording using VOIP is a bit disappointing
Some of the reporting isn't as simple as it should be

The backend user interface is outdated and lackluster, but the ultimate outcome of customers' experience on our webinars has been very positive. At the end of the day that is what matters to us. ON24 does a great job simplifying the hosting, recording, and executive of webinars on both a small and large scale.
