Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud ERP

We are partners with a company in India that had a contract with a customer. We consulted them about business issues mainly, but sometimes we were forced to execute some queries and customize ERP based on customers' special needs. The queries had difficulty to being written because we had no access to the description of the tables (the table's fields we not available, so we could not understand the names of the fields very easily to execute the right query

For big organizations, it is perfectly working. I don't believe it is a good choice for small companies.

I think that people at the organization that made the decision to proceed to purchase Oracle Cloud ERP, first of all, were curious to see the differences between other ERP systems and Oracle Cloud ERP. Secondly, they knew that Oracle Cloud Erp had some added features that could make a difference for their customers. So, the decision taken was valuable.

Because whenever we needed an answer, Oracle was there to answer our question.

No. Maybe the cost was the reason that we did not purchase the premium support.
Yes. There was an issue with the connectivity through some LAN that we used that period of time, and we had no access to Oracle Cloud ERP. Oracle support solved our problem quickly.

Using Oracle Cloud ERP

Because as I said before, there are some good and some bad things. But good things seem to be more than the bad, and the bad things I personally think are going to be solved quickly, maybe with some patches over time.
