Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Dyn Managed DNS

We have two teams, across two departments use Dyn. One team uses it functionally, adding zones for our clients while the engineering team builds out efficiencies and functions tied to Dyn.
  • Customer Service. Whenever we have a problem, your support is quick to answer and tries their best to be helpful. This is a HUGE help.
  • Easy to use interface. Other than the fact that you have to publish changes twice, the interface is easy to navigate.
  • Only have to hit publish once -- not twice!
  • Add the ability to create SRV records on the Expert Editor page.
  • Easily overview reporting of zone usage for all zones tied to master account.
  • Be able to set the default TTL automatically across all new zones created in our account.
Can't say enough good things.
One improvement: for an account of our size, I would like to have a dedicated account manager for general customer service questions.
Publish only once. :)
