Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

Every business-to-business organization needs a marketing automation solution. We use it for lead management, lead scoring and implementation to Salesforce. Being able to properly manage leads and process them to the right sales contact is critical for our business and Eloqua helps us solve for this. Our whole organization is using this product either as an end-user or for reporting.

It was the only marketing automation solution that was able to scale our business without breaking the system. Other smaller marketing automation solutions were not able to scale as effectively. It has good cross channel marketing functions that can connect email, social, search and display channels.

Oracle Eloqua had a more robust feature set. It had all the functions and features we needed to scale and was able to support our high lead volume and processing.
Oracle Eloqua is great for mid-marketing to enterprise businesses. It has all the features and functions for a marketing automation solution and can scale for growth. It seems SMBs stick to smaller solutions like Marketo and HubSpot.
