Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud
HCM is being used by the entire organization.

- Oracle Consulting Services has been fabulous. Available all hours of the day and I can't say enough.
- making implementation easier
Our organization considered Workday and selected HCM Cloud, but I wasn't part of that particular evaluation process. HCM Cloud's compatibility with Oracle eBusiness Suite which we currently use, was a big factor though.
