Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud
We are currently using it through our global organization. It helps us address our end-to-end employee life cycle.
- Great UI experience
- Cool new features every Quarterly release
- One stop shop - fully integrated with all other modules
- Need to mature the products they release. The problem we encounter is that Oracle releases a new feature and doesn't fully mature it, at which point starts releasing other new features. In the end what ends up happening is that there are all these cool features that lose attention because new features come out and those older features never fully mature.
- There are a lot of bugs in the system. I am concerned that everything is not fully tested.
- My Oracle Support is very laggy..sometimes we don't get the attention we need for things that are super urgent.
- The compensation process is an innovative way our organization has been able to use Oracle HCM Cloud. Since everything is integrated, it allows us to push the data from the comp staging area into core HR.
