Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud

We are new users into the Oracle HCM, user experience is good, but we faced many issues in integration with Oracle e-Business suite specifically in the reading the position hierarchies. from my point of view the whole experience would be great if you have the full footprint on the cloud but having some modules in premises and other on cloud will make you face many issues.
Another issue with Oracle succession planning, in the 9-box grid, we had to change our methodology in order to be able to fit into the application, I think having more freedom in this area will help many businesses in adapting the system.

The need for Oracle HCM came from business since we need many features in Oracle Talent management that we could not find in any application except Oracle Talent management but the problem we faced when we needed to combine both the employee performance against the Organization performance in single view, but we have sorted it out
In fresh implementation where everything will be on cloud, go for it but we the Hybrid model you have to think twice, if your organization is flexible to consider tuning the business process, Oracle HCM Cloud will be great choice but if you have to stick to your current business processes then you have to think twice.
In conclusion, the pros are higher than the cons but you have to study it first with your business users
