Overall Satisfaction with Outplay

We use it for sales automation. Emailing and calling. Our Applicant Tracking System interfaces with it.

  • LinkedIn connectivity
  • Interface with ATS (CRM) is a bit cludgy
  • Can get overly complicated
  • Click to Dial capability
  • Automated and manual emailing
  • Note taking
  • interoperability with our ATS - Crelate - so we have all our notes and activities in one repository
  • Postiive impact: contacting prospects in an organized fashion
  • Negative: Hard to set up sometimes, as well as recover from issues that need a restart of sequences
  • Learning curve is a bit steep for many
Cheaper alternative than Outreach, although outreach integrates Linkedin better
More robust than Interseller, particularly with regard to manual steps and integration with our CRM
