Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams

Very easy. I had a couple calls explaining exactly what I wanted and they set it up. Verifying the account for an email address takes a few minutes but they did provide detailed instructions with screenshots so my team was able to follow along.
PanTerra was able to customize to exactly what we needed. The admin section can be a little hard to understand but once you figure out what you need, it's average to move through. The support has been amazing though; if I don't have time or can't figure out how to do something, they are quick to do it for me. It would take a lot for me to change companies.

They are always quick to respond and help me with anything. They will ask questions if needed but usually they will quickly take care of whatever I need within 12 hours of sending in a ticket. I love that they don't ask me to do it with instructions unless I'm asking for instructions for next time.
Positively. Having independent messaging with third party cell phones has been really nice.

If you're a smaller company that only has one phone number, I'm not sure it would be worth it but if you're looking at growing, start early so you understand the system.
