What stood out to me about parcelLab from the very beginning was how they clearly demonstrated their advantages over AfterShip in our initial conversations. However, what really sets them apart and makes me appreciate their service is the direct customer support I receive. It's unlike the constantly changing agents I encounter when chatting with AfterShip. With parcelLab, it feels much more personal.
