Pros
- Support, service and on-boarding are key differentiators. They are the best in the industry.
- Pardot's technological efficiency allows it to out perform competitors in compiling reports and running progressive profiling etc.
- UI design is incredibly intuitive compared to competitors.
Cons
- Deeper integration with Salesforce.com opportunities, something on the horizon for 2014.
- A better analytics solution than GoodData for custom reporting, although this request only applies to 5% of advanced users.
- Mobile App
- 3,000% increase in campaign responses in Salesforce.com
- Sender score >97 despite the sad state of our legacy database = email accounts for a majority of our traceable campaign responses, i.e. campaigns eligible for ROI "credit" when deals close.
- Q3 lead flow to sales reduced by 30% while SQLs were up 15%, thanks to nurturing and better list integrity.
