Overall Satisfaction with Pardot Marketing Automation

  • Support, service and on-boarding are key differentiators. They are the best in the industry.
  • Pardot's technological efficiency allows it to out perform competitors in compiling reports and running progressive profiling etc.
  • UI design is incredibly intuitive compared to competitors.
  • Deeper integration with Salesforce.com opportunities, something on the horizon for 2014.
  • A better analytics solution than GoodData for custom reporting, although this request only applies to 5% of advanced users.

  • 3,000% increase in campaign responses in Salesforce.com
  • Sender score >97 despite the sad state of our legacy database = email accounts for a majority of our traceable campaign responses, i.e. campaigns eligible for ROI "credit" when deals close.

Pardot allows an administrator or strategist to build out a behavioral marketing solution in an integrated cloud ecosystem without risks implied by empowering hundreds of users. Also, Pardot support is unequaled in the marketing automation system space, so deployment will include comprehensive training and initial campaigns.
