Overall Satisfaction with Pardot

Pardot is used across the entire organization. We use it for ourselves and for clients to connect with SFDC, send out newsletters, create and implement drip programs, and everything and anything else. Addresses the sales cycle and vets contacts before they hit sales.
  • Creating/using templates are easy.
  • Point system is helpful to see who is actually interested in products.
  • Set up is easy, and step by step instructions to connect with SFDC are easy.
  • Not easy to edit templates, have used MailChimp and the drag and drop function would be nice.
  • More event connectors.
  • Change the social portion -- need to be able to view the image before posting.
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Better prospect follow up
  • Increased attention to marketing creations (eBooks, case studies, etc)

Not sure, Pardot was at this company before I started.
Different clients have different needs, in some cases they want a more complex marketing automation system, in which case Pardot is not the best fit.
