We use Paychex Flex to record the hours of all employees. Paychex also completes and files all applicable tax reports.
- I think your most valuable asset to us is our customer service person, Rosangela Presley. No matter what our issue is, she quickly and accurately handles our need.
- The efficient filing of our tax documents is a real benefit to our small office set up.
- Checks and notices of deposits are ALWAYS delivered on time!
- The one issue we experienced was when our regular customer service person was on an extended absence, it was very frustrating to reach anyone at Paychex in a timely manner. I personally waited on hold for over 45 minutes as I faced a looming deadline. I know others who input to our system also experienced lengthy delays. Once our rep returned, all is well!
- Our access to reports for various is projects is amazing.
- The timeliness of filing of tax information is such a benefit to our municipality.
- The ability to provide our employees with immediate information is a plus.
