Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I'm the corporate recruiter for all positions within the company. I have used most sections of Paycor, and use Paycor Recruiting everyday. Paycor is our HRIS and payroll. We are doing our best to make it a complete solution for our business. Although I feel there could be some improvement in cross section or overall integration.

  • Some items seem like they could be useful, but not sure of the purpose - like job descriptions.

  • Streamline more than not having an HRIS or ATS, but overall still too many manual processes
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Still a lot of savings to be had given our situation...
Paycor needs to cost out an efficiency realization sales team to work with existing clients and take a deep dive into their functional set up and be able to recommend policy changes and system changes in real time. We'd pay for that...
Seems useable if you know what you’re doing. However,, we don’t, and I'm sure other companies have a similar situation where the HR team has had 100% turnover since paycor implementation with zero follow up training except the 1000 hrs. of available training in the online library that none of us have the time to do... The only webinar I participated in was instructor led group, not one on one and paycor is so customizable that everyone has their own specific questions and the trainer can't answer them all, or it is a specific trainer for one aspect of Paycor and can't answer integration questions...
Paycor seems customizable, but achieving it requires a hand held approach that Paycor doesn’t seem equipped to handle with one on one service for each customer. Account Managers are great, but they can't schedule the resources they don't have.
