Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We utilize onboarding, open enrollment of benefits, virtual punching, time off requests, reporting & payroll/taxes W-2s, 1099's, uploading employee documents, certifications, licenses, labor allocations, and wage garnishment service. Pay independent contractors in a separate pay run. Set up reminders and notifications for employees and managers. And Paycor is user-friendly has a mobile app employees like & will use. Lastly, I can post company news and updates.

  • Benefits on the backend can be challenging, but it has improved some.
  • Custom reports can be a challenge if there are more criteria/filters.

  • Big increase in efficiency in all areas.
  • Definitely improves employee experience.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - As our organization has grown and we have more employees and contractors, HR is a department of One; Paycor has made the growth easier and possible!
Overall, we are happy with the many services and experiences Paycor has provided for us and our employees. If I don't know how to do something, I can always call support and get the answers, support and done with kindness.
Paycor was the first HRIS our organization has used. I can't compare it to another.
All employees and independent contractors are paid by direct deposit. The time & attendance are imported easily into payroll, and if I set any tasks for that payroll, I can have it populated in payroll, so remembering a specific task/s is very helpful.
