Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is how I communicate with prospective applicants in the recruiting tab. I am able to post jobs and advertise them to other job boards that fit my needs. Paylocity makes it easy and simple for me to communicate with hundreds of applicants and allows me to keep track of who I have messaged and what stage the applicant is in the hiring process. I really enjoy this portion of Paylocity and it tackles the side of recruiting that may be frustrating to some.

PAylocity's messaging feed to applicants have helped a lot. One thing that I would like to see is automated emails to candidates about interviews and the ability to add which employee they will be meeting with and when in a more consistent and less automated way.
The employee engagement tools has had a great impact on our company, it allows us to understand just how much our employees are engaged in their work and what they would like to see change or stay the same.

Yes

Paylocity is well suited in it's recruiting portion and onboarding. I think a major area of focus for Paylocity could be the ability to give admin access to employees. They could make it easier for employees with full admin access to give their team access to parts that Paylocity may not think is useful for them.
