Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Payroll, Time & Labor, OSHA tracking, Leave Tracking, Training & Development, Benefits Admin, OnBoarding, Surveys, Document Management

  • some issues linger for months without resolution
  • employee transfers from one company code to another
  • in my experience, lack of communication when new releases are launched and issues occur
  • frustrated employees unable to utilize ODP due to system errors, results in very frustrated employees. this gives all of HR a black eye.
  • Frequent, random processes that break down and it takes days or months to get them resolved. Very frustrating and leading to general loss of confidence in the system and the support team.
Positive impact, reduced our processing times and it's convenient to have documents stored in a centralized location.
Surveys have been a very handy tool, especially during COVID. East to use and easy to launch. We do not use Community nor Peer Recongnition.
Paylocity is a better system than ADP & PayChex. I found PayCom to be a better, more reliable, system than Paylocity..

Over the past 5-6 months frequent and recurring issues have emerged and have gone unresolved. We are losing our faith and patience with Paylocity
