Overall Satisfaction with PeopleGoal

At Forney we use it for our Performance Management Tool and for our surveys.

Pros

  • User friendly was number 1 for me.
  • Clear to navigate.
  • Amazing one-stop ability to locate what you need.
  • Very cool self-help.
  • Awesome customer service.

Cons

  • You will find few if any things that need to be improved.
  • Your are able to make any changes that are not working immediately! Who does that?
  • We left W/D for PeopleGoal and have not looked back.
  • Ease of use for our staff.
We had 5 other options and selected PeopleGoal.
We used W/D for a few years and made the decision to change. We have enjoyed the customer service by PeopleGoal.

It is by far an amazing tool to use by the Administrator and the staff. Usually you have employees that are too intimidated to complete the P/R process or just don't want to do it. My staff has this completed almost as soon as I release the current year.
