This unique site helps keep our priorities and company alignment together. With all the moving parts in our business model we need a way to recognize and notate all the data, experience and resources we continue to develop. Through this site we can capture that data and use for new customers while also updating responsibilities and goal setting trends.
Pros
- Easy to use format navigating through setting your goals and credentials for the year in advance.
- Ability to control your own business plan and easily update the progress made through out the year.
- Communicate important successes or failures all in one place where you, management and upper management can see and respond to quickly.
Cons
- Connecting multiple sites where information is stored to the progress you are updating with the PerformYard site would be beneficial. Less work doubling efforts at times.
- Attachment options on your goals would give you a quick place to use for a reference. For instance, goal to increase sales by certain percentage annually could benefit from an attached document showing those number increases with 1 file attachment.
- I've been able to achieve increased case sales quarterly and annually through the plans created and continuous update to achieve those goals.
- I've learned how to use new features in my day to day operations which in turn keeps me engaged and seeking to constantly improve my own evaluation.
- Skills learned and credentials earned that are added to my performance aids to end of the year discussions where compensation can be gained.
