Our company wanted to develop performance management, goal setting and peer feedback. We use each of these for our quarterly and annual goal process.

PerformYard offers a consolidated space where leaders can input organizational goals and cascade them to teams and people. As a user, I can also add in my own personal or organizational goals that impact the business goals. There are flexible ways to set goals and track progress. A feature that I enjoy most, is the Feedback feature. When you encounter a coworker or peer who deserves recognition, you can submit it on their behalf and choose who to publish it to. I really enjoy celebrating and highlighting accomplishments of the people that I work with.
