Overall Satisfaction with Pigeon Messengr
My department uses Pigeon Messengr for communication. The chat feature allows our international team to communicate without the use of email or phone calls. In addition to chat, we also use the video features in place of Zoom or WebEX. We love that we can create separate groups for team projects, allowing us to share notes, images, and videos. The integration with Trello and Google Drive aids us in project management and file sharing. Finally, for our local team members, Pigeon Messengr makes it easy to conduct phone conferences.

- Messengr's all-in-one communication platform eliminates the need for many products.
- Scheduled video and phone conferences automatically appear on the participant's work calendars.
- I wish you could set different notification sounds for different groups.
- A lofty ask, but since many outside companies use Zoom and Webex, it would be nice to have an integration that would allow all systems to work together.
- Tagging users in different chat groups could be simpler. Sometimes it's hard to find the person I'm looking for.

I used Teams in a previous role and definitely find Pigeon Messengr easier to use. Messengr's chat UI is easier to use; it's easier to follow threads and participate in groups. However, as I mentioned previously, I wish the notifications worked better in Pigeon Messengr.
