Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Our Company uses Procore for Project Management of all of our projects. We are currently working on integrating our Accounting Software (Spectrum) so that Procore will be used company-wide. This program makes all project information easily accessible from anywhere. It is also a great organization tool.
- Submittal process. Procore makes the submittal process incredibly easy. It tracks dates and user responses, and keeps the most up-to-date submittal available for field use at any point.
- RFIs. Much like submittals, the tracking and distribution of RFIs is incredibly easy and useful.
- Directory. The project directory is incredibly useful for our field personnel when they need to get ahold of someone specific for an emergency, they have all of the contact information at the tip of their fingers.
- Bidding Tool. While our subcontractors do not use the bidding tool for uploading their bids. This tool is incredibly easy and convenient to use for distributing the bidding information and documents to everyone bidding throughout the entire bidding process.
- Meeting Minutes, Procore's meeting minutes make it easy to track and distribute your weekly meetings and reports to everyone included in the meeting. You are able to carry over notes from the previous week, and the agendas include the notes from previous weeks.
- Drawings Tab. We use PlanGrid for the drawings as it is much easier to use, I believe it is because the integration between the drawings tab and all other tabs within Procore, the level of integration makes the procore drawings tab too complicated and it is pretty slow in navigation.
- Procore has been very beneficial to our company in standardizing our processes.
