Overall Satisfaction with Prophix
We are using Prophix strictly to view and analyze financial data. It is being used by all the department heads. People do not find Prophix very user friendly.
- Automated budget upload from several departments on a click of a button.
- E-mail schedule to send out reports to various people who do not have access to Prophix.
- Live data updates available at your fingertips, without accessing your financial software.
- Web based software, so allows access from anywhere.
- Easier to navigate.
- More training for the users who do not have administrative rights should be available.
