Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

Prophix is used within our organization as a consolidation and budgeting software solution. It does both of these very well. We found it difficult to find a software solution that addressed our needs and was user-friendly until we found Prophix.

With our first-year budgeting completed in Prophix, we are starting to see employees buy into the reliability of the software. Users are starting to move away from excel and asking for reporting to be made in Prophix. This is helping with planning and budgeting ensuring fewer human error mistakes that were often seen on excel spreadsheets.

Prophix is a huge step above the rest. The implementation process took less than 3 months compared to others that took 6-12 months. The learning curve with Prophix is so easy that almost everyone catches on right away. Just cannot say enough good things about this aspect of the software.

Prophix is very good at forecasting, the ease of use is unmatched. It is also very good at reporting. Building reports in Prophix is very user-friendly and easy to learn.

Growing with Prophix

Setting up dashboards and getting buy in from others in the organization has proved to be extremely beneficial to the company. Most log in every morning now to review their financial position with real time data. Prophix has helped us to become better prepared to make financial decisions.
We have set up data entry templates within Prophix to help track head counts within the company. Of course this also allows us to do some financial analysis in comparison to head count.
The experience from day one with Prophix was great. From implementation until now has been great for our company. We get better everyday with Prophix.
