We use Qlik Sense to track our impact and the outcomes of the women we help. Since Qlik Sense uses html5, we now have a faster end-user interface with more appealing charts. The create stories functionality has helped us to optimize reports, using the same template but automatically updating the data. You can use map charts that provide more visual context to the information you are presenting.
With Qlik Sense we are not only providing information, but we are also telling storing about the women we help.
Pros
- The visualizations are clean and easy to comprehend.
- It allows you to create different scenarios while you select the information.
- It responds very fast to the new selections.
- It can be accessed anywhere.
Cons
- Maybe it lacks a way to group pages. For example, in Qlik View we have workbooks.

- It has helped us to discover things we didn't see before and we have improved our programs.
We selected Qlik View because it is easier to implement and because it is easier to create visualizations. Even the users can create their own ones without the need to wait for someone from IT to do it.

1 - The skills needed to support Qlik Sense are: Preferable and IT person, with knowledge of using web software, that know the bases of data schemas to avoid reduncacies, basic BI skills and statistics.
