Overall Satisfaction

We are using Qualtrics for simple internal survey and consumer's feedback for new product's development. It is currently used by Product and Partner's team. We might attempt to use it across the whole company when we have a chance. It helps us understand customer's behavior when surfing our website, it is a very powerful tool for survey

  • Qualtrics data collection module is powerful and easy to use
  • Qualtrics translation module is pretty good as well
  • Qualtrics are not good at complicated logic
  • Qualtrics are not very strong at crosstab presentation
  • Qualtrics statistical package is not very complete
  • Qualtrics have changed the way we do customer research. Instead of interviewing people about a new website's features, we now can survey them
  • Qualtrics is much cheaper than other survey alternatives out there
  • The survey design can be done much faster now which increases our work productivity
The cost of subscription is low enough and the functionality of Qualtrics satisfy all of our survey needs therefore we will definitely renew with Qualtrics. Furthermore, we love the customer support which is very responsive to our inquiries and questions.
Qualtrics University program is very good. I would recommend everybody taking weekly seminar and watching video classes. They cover many different topics from basic survey building to advanced building. You also learn how to create and manage a panel successfully. They also give you basic knowledge of statistical test such as T-test, crosstabs and conjoint analysis
