Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online is used for clients that have need of an online accounting program. It is the replacement for the desktop version for certain clients.

Pros

  • Access from anywhere
  • Multiple users at same time
  • Don't have to worry about backing up the company file

Cons

  • Faster
  • When tabbing the next field should be highlighted
  • Job costing capabilities
  • Doesn't have a direct effect on my business
QBO is the most popular. Xero is missing accounting components.
Why do they want to use QBO? What do they hope to obtain by using QBO? What is ultimate goal?

There are tab issues. When I tab the field doesn't highlight and I have to backspace or delete what is in the field. Happens on the memo field and sometimes other fields. Very time consuming.
