Overall Satisfaction with Ramp
Ramp is a great virtual business card tool for companies. You can set limits on cards and have employees manage their own, and it integrates into our ERP for expenses. It's a really great tool and has helped us significantly! I highly recommend it. Its great for virtual cards, physical cards, budgeting and limits for certain merchants.
- Virtual credit cards with any specific limitation.
- Manager review and approvals.
- Integrations into Netsuite.
- Auto matching receipts in email and through the app!
- The card approval process can sometimes take a while.
- If there is a limit on your card and you miss a payment, it is sometimes hard to re-charge the merchant.
- Quick credit card approval.
- Expense tracking and flags.
- Budgeting
We had TravelBank for a while, but this was mostly for expense tracking. TravelBank was more limited in its feature for future and forward expenses and spending - not having as much versatility with credit cards and limits as Ramp does. Ramp had more options and flexibilities. Ramp also had more features and flexibility for actual spending details.
