Overall Satisfaction with Referral Factory
Referral Factory makes it easy to track customer referrals and grow our business. I work in the B2B SaaS space and referrals are extremely important as the business leaders I am marketing to often know and trust each other. Referral Factory allows us to quickly generate a campaign using the AI option, all we have to do is drop a link to our website. If edits are needed, these are extremely easy to make. Referral Factory saves hours that would previously be spent on building out a landing page, automating the form on it, and designing it to our needs. Now, this is all done automatically. Would highly recommend this software for any B2B or B2C marketer.

- One small thing, I wish in the campaign tab there were arrows to navigate between the cards "Join link", "Sync your contacts", etc. There are 3 dots below these cards you can click on to see more options, but I missed these at first since I was expecting arrows to navigate. Again, very small critique
