Overall Satisfaction with Resulticks-mCloud

We as a global system integrator have used Resulticks for some of our major customers as a key omni channel campaign tool (e.g. Telco). It solves the following problems for our customers:

  1. A central campaign tool that takes care of customer acquisition, retention and trigger based communication.
  2. A cleansed repository of segmented data that is readily available for any campaigns.
  3. Analytics tool that enables propensity modeling, engagement and conversion management and ROI calculation engine.
  4. Augmentation of customer / prospect data.

  • First time we are able to see a consolidated view across the channels – Email, Mobile, In-App and social. Also its ability to provide unique tracking signatures through SMS and QR Code.
