Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

Receiving customer service calls from external and internal clients. In ICT it helps us keep connected with other businesses within the organisation to troubleshoot ICT problems.
  • Receiving large amount of customer calls with minimal interference
  • Very response troubleshooting team at Ring central
  • Platform that allows a seamless integration with our salesforce CRM solution
  • Sometimes the connectivity with ring central and jabra hardware can be difficult
  • Some of the settings can be hard to navigate for basic troubleshooting
  • Some connections can lack a bit
  • Cost effective due to its integration functionalities
  • Keeping our customers happy with very seamless call management
  • The reporting is amazing for identifying calls that would be troublesome for the organisation
Everytime I have needed to escalate a trouble shoot a response has come through within a day or two with a solution. The RingEX service team are very receptive and problem solving very quickly. Also, I find the website is update very quickly when there is a wider issue effecting the entire network which gives me a chance to understand the issue quickly.
