Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

I use RingEX on a daily basis as I'm a Talent Acquisition specialist for Bank of America through Pyramid Consulting. I have to call numerous candidates and RingEX makes it easier for me as it is directly linked to my Job Diva account and I can call and message candidates easily.

  • Revenue generated is more than investment
Because of the service provided to me is great and it's very rare that RingEX might have disappointed me.
It's already self sufficient no other features are to be provided and if we could just make the app stay on screen as every time it's minimized when I click elsewhere.

While going through so many resumes, I don't have to copy and paste the number on RingEX it is so well optimized that I just have to click once. Recording part is good but sometimes the call doesn't get recorded. I don't know why but overall, it's a perfect software.
