Overall Satisfaction with Robly
As an on-site community manager, my staff and I use Robly to communicate to the residents. Not everyone checks social media each day, but everyone checks their email.
Pros
- Easy to use website.
- Love the live chat option.
- Appreciate having trendy, cute formed emails ready to plug-n-play.
Cons
- The change of adding a clickable PDF took some time to find/figure out.
- Sometimes the site will stop offering the edit toolbar in the midst of typing. Will have to stop, save and reopen to get the toolbar back.
- I'd love to see a "frequently used campaign" option when beginning a new campaign. We typically use a form that's on the bottom half of the options.
- Homeowners are more involved.
- Less money spent on printing & delivering newsletters, flyers, announcements, etc.
Better formed campaigns, easier to use website & cheaper!
